Job Description:
Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Companion and Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.

Work one-on-one with individuals in Branford, Bristol, Cromwell, Hamden, and Meriden to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client's service plan.

Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Schedules Available. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available depending on position and experience.

No experience? No worries! All Project Genesis employees get paid training for their position.

Companion Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Independent Living Skills Trainer Requirements:

Companion Requirements AND

2 years experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree
